Minutes of the regular meeting of April 4, 1995, were approved as submitted.
CLOSED SESSION
The Redevelopment Agency meeting recessed at 4:18 P.M. to a closed
session to hold a conference with its real property negotiator as follows:

Negotiating Parties: Marjie Pettus and Nevada Ten Partners
(Dr. Raymond Ching)
Under negotiation: Terms and price
The Redevelopment Agency meeting reconvened at 7:00 P.M. There was no
report following the closed session.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Redevelopment Agency meeting
adjourned. The next regular meeting will be held on May 2, 1995.
