Minutes of the regular meeting of July 18, 1995, were approved as submitted.
NEW BUSINESS
Krikorian Premiere Theatres, Inc. - The K8ernonondurn of Understanding
between the Redevelopment Agency and Krikoriun Premiere Theatres expires
on August 2, 1995. Negotiations between staff and Mr. Krikorian are
progressing and u draft Disposition and Development Agreement has been
prepared. In order to finalize negotiations and meet hearing nequinennento,
action on the agreements between the Agency and Krikorian is scheduled for
September 5, 1995. An amendment has been prepared to extend the
K8BnOO[@DdurD Of Understanding through September 22. 1995' to 8||Ovv
sufficient review bythe Agency Board. Mrs. Gilbreath moved to approve the
G08DdOOgDt to the K8e0Or8Ddu0 Of Understanding between the City Of
Redlands Redevelopment Agency and Krikoriun Premiere Theatres, Inc. and
authorize the Ch8i[OO@D to execute the dOCurOODL K8OdOD SSCODded by K4[
Foster and carried unanimously.
CLOSED SESSION
The Redevelopment Agency meeting recessed at 3:39 P.M. to o closed
session todiscuss the following:
1. Conference with real property negotiator:

Under negotiation: Terms and price
The Redevelopment Agency meeting reconvened at 7:00 P.M. There was no
report following the closed session.

JOINT PUBLIC HEARING - REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND CITY COUNCIL
Resolution No. 241 - Sale of Property to Calabria Partners - Public hearing
was advertised for this time and place to consider the proposed sale of real
property located at Orange Street and Pearl Avenue to Calabria Partners,
L.L.C. for a sum of $1,033,720.00. Administrative Services Director Marjie
Pettus reviewed the report on this proposed sale. Chairman Larson declared
the meeting open as a public hearing for any questions or comments. None
being forthcoming, the public hearing was declared closed. Mr. Foster moved
to adopt Resolution No. 241, a resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Redlands approving and authorizing execution of the purchase and sale
agreement and escrow instructions between the Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Redlands and Calabria Partners, L.L.C. Motion seconded by Mrs.
Gilbreath and carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Redevelopment Agency meeting
adjourned. The next regular meeting scheduled for August 15, 1995, will not be
held. The Redevelopment Agency will convene on September 5, 1995.
