PRESENT Beatrice Sanchez, Acting Agency Secretary
Thane being no quorum present, Acting Secretary Sanchez recessed the
meeting to 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as City Council business permited.
The meeting was called to order at 7:32 P.M.

The minutes of the regular meeting of October 1. 1996. were unanimously
approved as submitted on motion of Mrs. Gilbreath, seconded by Mr. Larson.
JOINT MEETING - REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND CITY COUNCIL
Myrtle Street Parking Lot - Administrative Services Director Pettus reminded
RDA Board members that during their closed session on October 1, 1996, they
directed staff toproceed with the conveyance ofthe Myrtle Street parking lot
from the Redevelopment Agency iothe City ofRedlands. The parking facility ie
located within the City's Parking Authority boundaries, and all expenditures for
maintenance and repairs are paid by the Parking Authority. The transfer of
ownership will enable lease revenues toaccrue tothe City. Mrs. Banda moved
to approve the transfer Of ownership Of the Myrtle Street parking lot from the
Redevelopment Agency tothe City ofRedlands. Motion seconded by Mr. Gil
and carried unanimously. (Also see City Council minutes dated October 15,

There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 7:35 P.M. The next regular meeting will
be held on November 5, 1998.
