ABSENT None
The minutes of the regular meeting of January 7, 1997, were unanimously
approved as submitted on motion of Mrs. Gilbreath, seconded by
Mr. Cunningham.
CLOSED SESSION
Late breaking item - City Attorney McHugh reported the following matter came
to staff's attention after the agenda was posted that requires action:
1. Conference with real property negotiator - Government Code
Section 54956.8
Property: 345 Pearl Street
Negotiating Parties: Marjie Pettus and Kawasaki of Riverside
Under negotiation: Terms and price
Noting that the need to take action was immediate, Mr. Cunningham moved to
add this item to the agenda. Motion seconded by Mr. Gil and carried
unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency recessed to a closed session at 9:05 P.M. The next
regular meeting will be held on February 4, 1997.
