ABSENT None
The minutes of the regular meeting of April 1, 1997, were unanimously
approved as submitted on motion of Mrs. Gilbreath, seconded by
Mr. Cunningham.
CLOSED SESSION
The Redevelopment Agency meeting recessed at 3:21 P.M. to a closed
session to hold a conference with its real property negotiator (pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.8) as follows:
Property: Corner of Orange Street and Pearl Avenue
Negotiating parties: Marjie Pettus and Mike Abrams
Under negotiation: Terms and prices
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned. The next regular meeting will be held on
May 6, 1997.
