RECEIPT AND RELEASE
I hereby acknowledge receipt from Bonnie A Durbin, who serves as trustee of the Schmitt Trust Dated
November 26, 2001 and was nominated as executor of Frances R Schmitt last will and testament, the
sum of thirty-eight thousand seven hundred twenty-seven dollars and seventy-nine cents ($38,727 79) in
majority payment of my distributive share pursuant to the plan of distribution in the Schmitt Trust Dated
November 26 2001 I hereby release the successor trustee from any and all further liability associated
with the Schmitt Trust Dated November 26, 2001 for this majority distribution This release is effective
upon my negotiation of said check
This is my main and majority distribution payment of my distributive share pursuant to the plan of
distribution in the Trust I understand that the successor trustee is withholding a reserve of about
$50 000 tor the payment of final taxes and expenses if there is a positive balance in the reserve after
said payment of expenses, the trustee will distribute any balance remaining
