The minutes of the regular meeting of July 1, 1997, were unanimously
approved as submitted on motion of Mrs. Gilbreath, seconded by
Mr. Cunningham.
CLOSED SESSION
The Redevelopment Agency meeting recessed at 3:45 P.M. to a closed
session to discuss the following matter:
1. Conference with real property negotiator-
Government Code Section 54956.8
Property: 205 West Stuart Avenue
Negotiating parties: Santa Fe Limited Partnership and Marjie Pettus
Under negotiation: Terms and price
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned. The next regular meeting will be held on
August 5, 1997.
