LATE BREAKING ITEM Krikorian Theatre - A request from First Bonk & Trust, Long Baoch, was received on August 4, 1997, to obtain confirmation from the Redevelopment Agency of the good standing and status of the Development Agreement and covenants contained in the Grant Deed as well as confirmation that certain CODdibODS in the [)gv8|Op0eDt Agreement have been S@USfi8d by K[ikO[i@D Theatres in relationship to a proposed loan to Shovvprop Red|mnda, LLC. NOdOQ that the Deed to take 8[tiOD was i0OO8di8t8' yW[S. Gilbreath moved 03 odd this matter to the agenda which arose subsequent to the agenda being posted. Motion seconded byCOuOCi|rD8Dlbe[ Cunningham and carried with Mr. Larson abstaining from the vote due to o possible conflict of interest. Mr. Cunningham rDOvUd to authorized execution of the requested d0CuD1eDtS pertaining tOthis proposed loan. Motion S8COnd8d by Mr. Gil and carried with Mr. Larson abstaining from the vote due to a possible conflict ofinterest. JOINT MEETING - REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND CITY COUNCIL Resolution No. 258 - Great Neighborhoods Program - Human Services Director Pettus reported that stuff has qualified additional participants in the Great Neighborhoods Program. The participants are requesting assistance with exterior painting and/or roofing. W1na. Banda moved to adopt Resolution No. 258, a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands authorizing the use of low- and moderate-income housing funds outside the Redlands Project Area, and authorized participant Redevelopment Agency August 5. 1Q07 Page agreements for the Great Neighborhoods Program between the Redevelopment Agency Adolfo and Judy Lopez, 1116 Webster Street; Edward Wirz, 1326 Colton Avenue; Clara Kluck, 319 Emerald Avenue; Augustina Morales, 1709 Clay Street; and Charles Shelley, 321 Dreka Avenue. Motion seconded by Mrs. Gilbreath and carried with Mr. Gil abstaining from the vote due to a possible conflict of interest. (Also see City Council minutes dated August 5,1997.) CLOSED SESSION The Redevelopment Agency meeting recessed at 4:40 P.M. to a closed session to hold a conference with its real property negotiator pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b) as follows: Property: APN 170-181-44 (Lugonia Heights) Negotiating parties: Marjie Pettus and City of Redlands Under negotiation: Terms and price ADJOURNMENT There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the Redevelopment Agency adjourned. The next regular meeting scheduled for August 19, 1997, will not be held. The Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Agency will meeting on September 2,1997.
