The minutes of the regular meeting of October 7. 1097. were unanimously
approved oesubmitted onmotion ofMrs. Gilbreath, seconded byMr. Gil.
Habitat for Humanity - Set-Aside Funds - The Habitat for Humanity is
requesting set-aside funds in the amount of $84,000 for the acquisition of land
and payment of City fees to build two additional homes in Redlands. The
p@[CdS and SpOnSO[S have not been committed; Habitat for Humanity will
return to the Agency for final approval when the organization has finalized

unanimously approved to grant preliminary approval for $84,000 in set aside

JOINT MEETING - CITY COUNCIL AND REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
Resolution No. 261 - Great Neighborhoods Program - Police Chief Nelson
reported that staff has qualified additional participants in the Great
Neighborhoods Program. The participants are requesting assistance with
n3p8irS' exterior painting and/or roofing. Mrs. Gilbreath moved to adopt
Resolution No. 261, a resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Redlands authorizing the use of low- and moderate-income housing funds
outside the Redlands Project Area. and authorized participant agreements for
the Great Neighborhoods Program between the Redevelopment Agency and
VVi||iann Lana, Sr., James and Alison Dickerson, Joe and Christina Fernandgz,
and L8OOnn8 Winter. W1OUOn S8COndBd by Mr. Gil and carried unanimously.
