Press Enterprise Monica Whitaker, The Sun ABSENT None The minutes of the regular meeting of February 3. 1900. were unanimously approved as submitted on motion of Mrs. Gi|braoth, seconded by Mr. Freedman. JOINT MEETING - REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND CITY OF REDLANDS Resolution No. 267 - Habitat for Humanity - Police Chief Nelson reported that on October 21. 1997. the City Council and Redevelopment Agency Board approved $84,000.00 in housing set-aside funds for the acquisition of land and payment OfCity impact fees to build an additional two Habitat for Humanity hO[DgS in Redlands. The houses will be SO|d to two |Ovv iDCODle f@[Di|iOS oe|antnd by o committee from the Habitat organization. One of the selected sites is located on Washington Street and the other is located on Judson Street. The United Methodist Church will donate labor and materials for one of the projects. Upon CO[Dp|8UOO of these two h000eS, there will be @ total Of Six houses built by Habitat for Humanity in the City of Redlands. Mr. George moved toadopt Resolution No. 207. aresolution ofthe Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands authorizing the use of low- and moderate-income housing funds outside the Redlands Project Area. K8obon seconded by Mrs. Banda and carried unanimously. (Also nee City Council minutes doted February 17, 1998.) Resolution No. 268 - Great Neighborhoods Program - Police Chief Nelson reported that staff has qualified additional participants in the Great Neighborhoods Program. Mrs. Banda moved toadopt Resolution No. 208. a resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands authorizing the use of low- and moderate-income housing funds outside the Redlands Project Area and authorized participant agreements for the Great Neighborhoods Program between the Redevelopment Agency and Anna Redevelopment Agency February 17. 18&8 Page Schwann, 1251 Lugonia Avenue, Space 145; Alice Marie Morse, 521 East Central Avenue; and John and Marie Brinks, 239 Hartzell Avenue. Motion seconded by Mrs. Gilbreath and carried unanimously. (Also see City Council minutes dated February 17, 1998.) ADJOURNMENT There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 6:01 P.M. The next regular meeting will be held on March 3, 1998.
