Mrs. Banda, o vote was not token; approval of these minutes will be
rescheduled for the next regular meeting tUb8held ODApril 7' 1998.

lFhen; being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 4:09 P.M. The next regular meeting will
