The minutes of the regular meeting of April 21. 1990, were approved as

ordered bythe Chairman.
NEW BUSINESS
Subordination Agreement - Mr. George moved to approve the subordination
agreement between Linda L. Riaener and the Redevelopment Agency for
property located at 1582 Campus Avenue. This will allow the homeowner to
refinance her existing loan from an adjustable rate to a conventional fixed rate;
all terms of the contract remain in effect. The motion was seconded by Mr.

subordination and lien agreements and so ordered approval of this request.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the Rede-
velopment Agency adjourned at 3:53 P.M. The next [8Qu|@F rDeOdDg will be
held on May 19, 1998.
