The minutes of the regular meeting of November 3. 1998 and the special
meeting of November 10. 1998' were unanimously approved as submitted OD

JOINT MEETING - REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND CITY COUNCIL
Resolution No. 279 - Great Neighborhoods Program - yWrn. Banda moved to
adopt Resolution No. 279, o resolution of the Board of Directors of the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands authorizing the use of low- and
moderate-income housing funds outside the Redlands Project Area for the
Great Neighborhoods ProQrom, and approve participation agreements with
Brion Biahho, 0 South Ash Street; Betty Sherman and @uzig Nokada. 1140

NEW BUSINESS
Subordination Agreement - Hinckle - yWna. Banda moved to approve u
subordination agreement between Florangela Hinckley and the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Redlands for the residence located at 1512 Bellevue
Road. Motion seconded byMr. Freedman and carried unanimously.
