The minutes of the regular meeting of December 1. 1998, were unanimously
approved as submitted on motion of Mrs. Gi|bpeath, seconded by
Mr. Freedman.
JOINT MEETING - REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND CITY COUNCIL
Resolution No. 280 - Great Neighborhoods Program - Noting it would be helpful
in the future to include a map designating the location of the houses slated for
improvements, Mrs. Banda moved toadopt Resolution No. 280. oresolution of
the Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands
authorizing the use of |ovv- ond moderate-income housing funds outside the
Redlands Project Area forthe Great Neighborhoods Prognam, and approve
participation agreements with Kano O. and `/o|and Tone||i. 1225West Cypress
Avenue; Carmen Segovia, 315 OnykaAvenue; Undo L. Rieener. 1562 Campus
Avenue; Richard A. and Jeanne A. 8ierneen, 1140 Washington Street; Mae
Nimmo, 509 Division Street; and JennieJunama. 450 Judson Struet, No. 100.
Motion seconded by Mrs. Gilbreath and carried unanimously. (Also see City
Council minutes dated December 15. 1998.)
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 3:24 P.M. The next regular meeting will
beheld onJanuary 5. 1S9S.
