JOINT MEETING - REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND CITY OF REDLANDS
Resolution No. 284 - Great Neighborhoods Proc - Mrs. Gilbreath moved to
adopt Resolution No. 284, a resolution of the Board of Directors of the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands authorizing the use of low- and
moderate-income housing funds outside the Redlands Project Area. and
approved participation agreements with Flay G0nz8|9S, 1117 Washington
Street; Donald P. and Laura J. Hedge, 212 Ryan Street; Margaret T. Ball, 828
North Dearborn Gtr88t, Space 149; Louise A. H@yS, 945 East Cypress Avenue;
Jose V. and Vilma Benitez, 1139Clay Street; Ver|a L. McKenzie, 33 Kendall
Street; and LivvGnGA L. Di8z, 827 East Brockton Avenue. Motion seconded by
K8na. Banda and carried unanimously. (Also see City Council minutes for

NEW BUSINESS
Great Neighborhoods Grant Limitation - W1na. Gilbreath moved to increase the
Great Neighborhoods grant 8||VCaUOn to a maximum of $10.000.00 per
qualified low- tomoderate-income participant asrecommended bythe Housing
Commission at its February 11. 1999. meeting. Motion seconded by Mr.
Freedman and carried unanimously. Board members requested a
dOCunn8ntGUOn nfpast grants be pn8p@n8d showing n@rn8. @ddn38G, amount of
project, and concept of pjeui.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 3:38 P.M. The next regular meeting will
be held 0nApril 6. 1999.
