Redlands, California, on March 30, 1999, at 7:00 P.M.

ABSENT None
Agreement - Redlands Senior Housing, Inc. - Fern Lodge Proiec - Staff
received notification from American Baptist Homes of the West (ABH(]VV) that
HUD had approved the Fern Lodge project and funding request. In order to
close pnncmoeing. HUD requested on executed copy of the Regulatory
AQP88DleDt which outlines project Ob|ig8bODS with respect to O0GiDt8iOiDg units
for low-income seniors and HUD provisions. On motion of Mrs. Bendo,
seconded by Mr. Freedman. the Regulatory Agreement between the City of
Redlands Redevelopment Agency and Redlands Senior Housing Two was
uDGDi[DOuS|y approved and authorized the Agency ChGi[O0@D' Executive
Director and Acting Secretory to execute said document. Executive Director
Luebbers informed Agency Members that permits were issued this date for the
project.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further buaineaa, the special Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned ot7:02 P.M. The next regular meeting will
be held OOApril 0. 1999.
