The minutes of the regular meeting of March 16, 1999, and the special meeting
of March 30, 1999, were unanimously approved as submitted on motion of Mrs.
Gi|bnoath, seconded by Mrs. Banda.
JOINT MEETING - REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND CITY OF REDLANDS
Resolution No. 285 - Great Neighborhoods Program - Mrs. Gilbreath moved to
adopt Resolution No. 285, o resolution of the Board of Directors of the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands authorizing the use of low- and
moderate-income housing funds outside the Redlands Project Area, and
approved participation agreements with Detto H. Ooney. 1018 Ohio Street;
Robert E. and Janet 0. Arnett, 1318 Village Street; De|ma E. Campbe||, 1110
Alta Street; Nola M. Brown, 888 Carlotta Court; Umberto and Evelyn Gomaz,
405 Union Avenue; and Francisco J. and Belinda Madrigal, 025 Hartzell
Avenue. Motion seconded by Mrs. Banda and carried unanimously. (Also see
City Council minutes for April 0. 1989.)
Contract - Independent Auditor - On motion of Mr. Frgedman, seconded by
Mrs. Gilbreath, the Redevelopment Agency Board of Directors unanimously
approved the FiDGOC8 Committee's [8COnl0eDd@UOD to appoint the firm Of
Conrad & Aonooiohae to serve as Independent Auditor for the Redevelopment
Agency and the City Of Redlands. (/\|SO see City Council minutes for April 0,
