The minutes of the regular meeting of May 4, 1999, were unanimously
approved aesubmitted Vnmotion ofMrs. Banda, seconded byMr. Freedman.
JOINT MEETING - REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND CITY OF REDLANDS
Resolution No. 289 - Great Neighborhoods Program - Mrs. Banda moved to
adopt Resolution No. 289, a nano|uUVn of the Board of Directors of the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands authorizing the use of low- and
moderate-income housing funds outside the Redlands Project Area, and
approved participation agreements with Betty R. VVurkmun, 1251 EaatLugonia
Axenue, No. 5; Alfred D. and Nettie 1. Montgomery, 814Roosevelt Road; and
Frank and Irene H. MonUaz, 867 Carlotta Court. K8uUon seconded by
Mr. Freedman and carried unanimously. (Also see City Council minutes for
