The minutes of the adjourned regular meeting of June 29. 1999, and the

Resolution No. 292 - Great Neighborhoods Program - yWrn. Banda moved to
adopt Resolution No. 292, o resolution of the Board of Directors of the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands authorizing the use of low- and
moderate-income housing funds outside the Redlands Project Area, and
approved participation agreements with Josephine L. Ronnoa. 423West Sun

John P. and Maureen BmrgquioL 1304 Campus Avenue; Jeffrey A. Lmrnar,

Program and First Time Homebuyers recipients were distributed prior to the

Resolution No. 286 - Mountain View Acres Proiect - Mrs. Banda moved to
adopt Resolution No. 280, u nano|uUVn of the Board of Directors of the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands authorizing the use of low- and
moderate-income housing funds outside the Redlands Project Area, and to
approve the request from Mountain View Acres for @Dallocation Of$0UU.00O.00
in set-aside funds from the Developer Assistance category for the construction
of the Mountain View ACF8S Project. WYOUOD SUCODded by K4[. FFDgd[D8D and
carried unanimously. This is o senior housing oornp|ax consisting of 30
buDg@|OwS' 84independent living units, 102 assisted living units, and G24-bed

Property Upgrades Report - Judy Miller showed the Agency members the
wrought iron fencing and landscaping improvements made at the property
located at 1006 and 1016 Lombard Drive. Ms. Miller told Agency members that
the tenants now feel safe and secure and she was happy to be a part of this
program. Agency members thanked her for sharing this information.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 4:06 P.M. The next regular meeting will
be held on August 3, 1999.
