Banda moved to adopt Resolution No. 292, o resolution of the Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands authorizing the use of low- and moderate-income housing funds outside the Redlands Project Area, and approved participation agreements with Josephine L. Redevelopment Agency July 20. 10&S Page Property Upgrades Report - Judy Miller showed the Agency members the wrought iron fencing and landscaping improvements made at the property located at 1006 and 1016 Lombard Drive. Ms. Miller told Agency members that the tenants now feel safe and secure and she was happy to be a part of this program. Agency members thanked her for sharing this information. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 4:06 P.M. The next regular meeting will be held on August 3, 1999.
