The minutes of the regular meeting of July 20. 1999, were unanimously
approved as submitted on nnoUun of Mr. Frugdrnan, seconded by
Mrs. Gilbreath.
CLOSED SESSION
yWna. Gilbreath moved to add the following closed session item to the agenda
which arose subsequent Uzthe agenda being posted: "Conference with legal
counsel - Existing litigation - Government Code Section 54958.9(o): Travelers
Insurance v. Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands." Motion
seconded by Mrs. Banda and carried unanimously. No report was expected
after the closed session.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned. The next regular meeting scheduled for
August 17. Q9S. will not buheld; the Redevelopment Agency Board ofDirectors
will meet onSeptember 7. 1098.
