CLOSED SESSION
The Redevelopment Agency meeting recessed at 4:04 P.M. to a closed
session todiscuss the following:
1. Conference with legal counsel: Existing litigation - Government Code

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned. The next regular meeting will be held on
December 7. 19Q0.
