The minutes of the regular meeting of January 4. 2000. were unanimously
approved aesubmitted onmotion ofMr. Freedman, seconded byMr. George.
NEW BUSINESS
Executive Director Luebbers reported that American Baptist Homes of the West
(ABHOW) proposes to deed the single family property located at 430 East Fern
/\vUDu8 to the City and that the City aSSuD18 COOtnD| and responsibility for the
conditions placed on their project (Conditiono| Use Permit No. 879, Revision
No. 1) as relates to this property. He noted the City can then au|| the property
and apply the proceeds in our low-moderate income housing fund. Mr.
Freedman moved to accept the house as a gift tothe Redevelopment Agency
Of the City Of Redlands with the understanding Community Development

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 4:39 P.M. The next regular meeting will
