Street, at 5:06 P.M. on April 18, 2000.

The minutes of the regular meeting of April 4, 2000, were approved, by AYE
votes of all present, as submitted on motion of Mr. George, seconded by
Mr. Haws.
NEW BUSINESS
Resolution No. 301 - Krikorian Theatre Project - Several months ago, the
Agency's Board adopted Resolution No. 295 approving a Certificate of
Completion for the Krikorian Theatre project. Subsequently, City staff and
Krikorian representatives determined that the legal description associated with
the Certificate of Completion was in error. As a result, staff and Krikorian have
corrected the legal description and attached it to a new Certificate of
Completion. By adopting Resolution No. 301, the Agency's Board will approve
the new Certificate of Completion with a corrected legal description for
recordation in the County records. This action is requested by Krikorian and
will facilitate the future expansion of the company's project. Mr. Haws moved
to adopt Resolution No. 301, a resolution of the Board of the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Redlands approving the issuance of a Certificate of
Completion in accordance with the Disposition and Development Agreement
dated September 5, 1995, with Krikorian Premiere Theatres, Inc., consenting to
a transfer of the leasehold interest, and rescinding Resolution No. 295. Motion
seconded by Mrs. Peppier and carried by AYE votes of all present.
CLOSED SESSION
On motion of Mr. George, seconded by Mr. Haws, the following item was added
to the agenda, by AYE votes of all present, which arose subsequent to the
agenda being posted:

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 5:09 P.M. The next regular meeting will
be held on May 2, 2000.
