The minutes of the regular meeting of December 7. 1999, were unanimously

JOINT MEETING - REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND CITY COUNCIL
Resolution No. 297 - Great Neighborhoods Program - yWr. Freedman moved to
adopt Resolution No. 297, a resolution of the Board of [Jin*otnrn of the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands authorizing the use of low- and
moderate-income housing funds outside the Redlands Project Area, and
approved participation agreements with Norine B|ay|ook, 1134 Clay Street;
Abraham L. and Cheryl D. VVeabwnod, 847 Hodza|| Avenue; and Ve|va R.

Mr. Freedman also asked staff to provide o report showing the status of Great
Neighborhood Program projects already done for the new members of the
Board.
First Time Homebuyer - Subordination Agreement - Mr. George moved to
approve a subordination agreement between Ma. Colleen Caddy and the
Redevelopment Agency ofthe City ofRedlands inthe amount of $0.G5O.O0for
ohome purchased ot908Stillman Avenue, and authorized the Mayor and City
Clerk of the City of Redlands to execute the document. Motion seconded by
Mrs. Peppier and carried unanimously. (Also see City Council minutes for

CLOSED SESSION
The Board of Directors' meeting of the Redevelopment Agency recessed at
5:13 P.M. to o closed session todiscuss the following:
