NEW BUSINESS
Resolution No. 312 - Prelimina[y Plan - Third Amendment - Community
Development Director Shaw reported the Planning Commission reviewed,
CODSidGFed' and [8COOODl8Dded GppFOvG| Of the P[O|i[DiD8ry P|GD for the
Redlands Redevelopment Project, finding that the proposed third amendment
to the Redlands Redevelopment P|an, as amendad, for the Redlands
Redevelopment Project conforms to the General Plan. The Preliminary Plan
identifies the project area buundarieo. land uses within the project area, |oyout
Of principal StnBei8, pOpU|8iiOn densities and building intensities, and building
St@Dd8ndS. The Plan also identifies how the City will attain the purposes Ofthe
redevelopment Law and how the Plan will be o positive impact upon residents
of the Project Area and the surrounding areas. Mr. George moved to adopt
Resolution No. 312, u resolution of the Redevelopment agency of the City of
Redlands approving the Preliminary Plan in connection with the proposed third
amendment to the Redevelopment P|en, as amended, for the Redlands

Thane being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 3:57 P.M. The next regular meeting will
