Mrs. Gilbreath called the meeting to order and introduced Executive Director
John Davidson who began working OOMonday, December 11. 2UUU.
JOINT MEETING WITH CITY COUNCIL
Mrs. Pepp|erfoni|itoted on information gathering session of the City Council
and the Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Agency to identify potential
projects and their feasibility and funding sources. The Redevelopment Plan
amendment and future projects vvgrgdiacuoeed. Jim Cervantes, Stone &
Youngberg, and William Bothwell, Herrington & Sutcliffe, were also present and
participated in the discussions. (Also see minutes of the City Council meeting

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned at12:O7P.M. The next regular meeting will
