PRESENT Pat Gilbreath, Chairman Gary George, Vice Chairman John L. Freedman, Member Susan Peppler, Member Karl N. "Kasey" Haws, Member John Davidson, Executive Director Daniel J. McHugh, Agency Attorney James R. Bueermann, Police Chief Ronald C. Mutter, Public Works Director Michael Reynolds, Agency Treasurer Jeffrey L. Shaw, Community Development Director Lorrie Poyzer, Agency Secretary ABSENT None The minutes of the regular meeting of December 5, 2000, were unanimously approved as submitted on motion of Mr. Haws, seconded by Mr. Freedman. JOINT MEETING - REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND CITY COUNCIL Resolution No. 316 - Neighborhood Initiative Program - Mrs. Gilbreath moved to adopt Resolution No. 316, a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands authorizing the use of low- and moderate-income housing funds outside the Redlands Project Area, and approved participation agreements with Leonard and Josephine DeLange, 822 Oxford Drive, and Ginger L. Rice, 319 Normandie Court. Motion seconded by Mr. Freedman and carried unanimously. Mrs. Gilbreath moved to approve the Declarations of Covenants and Restrictions dated December 19, 2000, covering said properties. Motion seconded by Mr. Haws and carried unanimously. NEW BUSINESS Funds - Redlands Boulevard/Seventh Street Improvements - Mr. Freedman moved to appropriate $6,094.03 and approve Change Orders No. 1 and 2 for construction of the Redlands Boulevard and Seventh Street Improvement Project. Motion seconded by Mr. George and carried unanimously. ADJOURNMENT Redevelopment Agency December 19, 2000 Page 1 There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 5:09 P.M. The next regular meeting scheduled for January 2, 2001, will not be held. The Redevelopment Agency Board of Directors will meet on January 16, 2001.
