The minutes of the special meeting of December 12. 2000. and the regular
ODgedDQ of December 10. 2000' were unanimously approved as submitted OD
motion nfMr. Haws, seconded byMr. Freedman.
NEW BUSINESS
Funds - Agreement - Residential Lead Testing - On motion of Mr. Havve,
seconded by Mr. Freedman, the Board unanimously approved an additional
appropriation inthe amount Of$7'5O0.0OtOpay for residential lead testing and
abatement as required by federal |ovv; and approved an agreement with
Homa8afe. Inc. for said testing and abatement and authorized execution of the
agreement onbehalf ofthe Redevelopment Agency.
First time Homebuyer Program - On motion of Mr. Hovva, seconded by
Mr. Freedman, the Board unanimously approved loan agreements and
[}ec|onaUuna of Covenants and Restrictions with Deoidgriu M. Torrea, Eu|a|iu
Torres, and Kathryn A. Chonon. 1554Webster Street; and Joshua Nett|an, 430
Bond Street.
ADJOURNMENT
|Fhen; being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 6:03 P.M. The next regular meeting will
