The minutes of the regular meeting of February 8. 2001. were unanimously
approved 8Ssubmitted ODmotion OfMr. Freedman, seconded byMr. Haws.
JOINT MEETING - REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND CITY COUNCIL
Resolution No. 318 - Great Neighborhood Program - K8no. Pepp|gr moved to
adopt Resolution No. 318, o resolution of the Board of Directors of the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands authorizing the use of low- and
moderate-income housing funds outside the Redlands Project Area, and
approved o participation agreement with Marie Racine, 1002 Alta Street for
$10,000.00. Motion seconded by Mr. H8vvS and carried unanimously. Mrs.
Papp|gr moved to approve the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions
covering said property. Motion seconded by Mr. Hovva and carried
unanimously. (Also see City Council minutes for February 2U' 2OO1.)
NEW BUSINESS
Multi-Unit Rehabilitation Pro-gram - Mr. Freedman moved to approve the
request from Family Services Association of Redlands for an allocation of Multi-
Unit Rehabilitation PnoQnann Redevelopment set-aside funds not to exceed
$34.500.00 for the renovation of two duplexes located at 003 Lawton Street,
and authorized execution ofthe agreement. Motion seconded byMr. Haws and
carried unanimously.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned a14:29 P.M. The next regular meeting will
