The minutes of the regular meeting of October 10. 2001. were unanimously
approved 8Ssubmitted ODmotion OfMr. Freedman, seconded byMr. Haws.
JOINT MEETING - REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND CITY COUNCIL
Resolution No. 338 - Great Neighborhood Program - Mr. George moved to
adopt Resolution No. 338, a nann|uUVn of the Board of Directors of the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands authorizing the use of low- and
moderate-income housing funds outside the Redlands Project Area, and
approved participation agreements with: Willie W1ue Gougg, 138 Hastings
Street, $10.000.00. and Joe Diaz and K8odho Bernorbe, 225 East Western
Avenue, $10,000.00. K4UdOD S8CODded by K8[. Freedman and C8[[i8d
unanimously. Mr. George moved to approve the Declarations of Covenants and
Restrictions covering said properties. Motion seconded by yWno. Pepp|grand

NEW BUSINESS
Subordination Agreement - Mr. Freedman moved toapprove asubordination
agreement with Marie J. Rivgma, 1828 Cave 81neet, and authorize execution of
the document. Motion seconded byMr. Haws and carried unanimously.

Thane being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
