City of Redlands held in the City Council Chambers, Civic Center, 35 Cajon Street,
at 4:27 P.M. on Wednesday, January 2, 2002.

The minutes of the regular meeting of December 18, 2001, were unanimously
approved as submitted on motion of Mr. Harrison, seconded by Mrs. Peppler.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Market Broiler Seafood Restaurant - At the last meeting, the Board discussed a
request from George Krikorian for financial assistance in the development of a
6,500 square foot Market Broiler Seafood Restaurant planned to be located on
Orange Street between Kinko's and Washington Mutual Bank. The Agency
continued this request pending additional information from Mr. Krikorian, Rodney
Couch of Market Broiler, and staff regarding alternative forms of assistance. Mr.
Krikorian has indicated, that due to the holidays, he will not be able to meet with
Mr. Couch until after January 3, 2002, and requested this matter to be continued to
the January 15, 2002, meeting. Staff also requires additional time to explore
alternative types of assistance for this project. Mrs. Gilbreath moved to continue
this matter to January 15, 2002. Motion seconded by Mr. Harrison and carried
unanimously.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 4:28 P.M. The next regular meeting will be
held on January 15, 2002.
