Street, at 5:59 P.M. on April 16, 2002.

The minutes of the regular meeting of April 2, 2002, were unanimously
approved as submitted on motion of Mr. George, seconded by Mr. Harrison.
JOINT MEETING - REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND CITY COUNCIL
Resolution No. 347 - First Time Home Buyer - Mr. George moved to adopt
Resolution No. 347, a resolution of the Board of Directors of the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands authorizing the use of low- and
moderate-income housing funds outside the Redlands Project Area, and a First
Time Home Buyer's loan agreement with Christopher and Summer L. LeSueur,
616 Harding Drive, $15,000.00, and authorized execution of the necessary
documents. Motion seconded by Mrs. Peppier and carried unanimously.
Mr. George moved to approve the Declarations of Covenants and Restrictions
of Resale covering said property. Motion seconded by Mrs. Peppier and
carried unanimously. (Also see City Council minutes for April 16, 2002.)

Promissory Note - Trolley Car Barn - See City Council minutes for April 16,
2002.
NEW BUSINESS
Termination - Great Neighborhood Agreement - On motion of Mr. George,
seconded by Mr. Harrison, the Board unanimously approved a termination for a
Great Neighborhood Participation Agreement with Chiyoko Cruz, 1152 Alta
Street, and revocation of the Declarations of Covenants and Restrictions
covering said property and authorized execution of the documents.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 6:02 P.M. The next regular meeting will
be held on May 7, 2002.
