The minutes of the regular meeting of July 2. 2002. were unanimously
approved as submitted on motion of Mrs. Gilbreath, seconded by Mrs. Peppier.
NEW BUSINESS
Subordination Agreement - First Time Homebuyer Program - Mrs. Gilbreath
moved to approve a subordination agreement with Jamie Karl Honeter and
Caroline White-Huneter for property located at 1427 Washington GtneaL
Motion seconded byMrs. Peppier and carried unanimously.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned a18:37 P.M. The next regular meeting will
