Set-Aside Funds - Habitat for Humanity - Mr. George sought the
Redevelopment Agency's support to purchase two lots from Housing set-Aside
Funds for the placement of two manufactured homes that would then be sold to
two low- or moderate-income families. If the Agency concurs with this request,
the lots would be purchased and then turned over to Habitat for Humanity who
proposes to place a manufactured home on each lot. The Factory
Manufactured Housing Charitable Trust will donate one-half of the cost of each
manufactured home. A representative from Habitat for Humanity and Vista
