NEW BUSINESS Subordination Agreement - Lomeli - On motion of Mr. George' seconded by Mrs. Peppier, a subordination agreement with yWunduS and Lani LOm8|i, 735 McAuliffe Court, was unanimously approved. Subordination Agreement - Rivera - On motion of Mr. George' seconded by Mrs. Peppier, a subordination agreement with Marie J. Flivera, 1828 Cave Street, was unanimously approved and execution of the document was authorized. PUBLIC COMMENTS None forthcoming. CLOSED SESSIONS Ajoint meeting 0fthe Redevelopment Agency and the City Council recessed ot 4:21 P.M. to a closed session to discuss the following: 1.
