the City of Redlands held in the City Council Chambers, Civic Center, 35 Cajon
Street, at 3:45 P.M. on March 16, 2004.

ABSENT None
STAFF John Davidson, Executive Director; Daniel J. McHugh, Agency Attorney;
Michael Reynolds, Agency Treasurer; Jeffrey L. Shaw, Community
Development Director; and Lorrie Poyzer, Agency Secretary.
The minutes of the regular meeting of March 2, 2004, were unanimously
approved as submitted on motion of Mr. Gil, seconded by Mr. George.
JOINT MEETING - REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND CITY OF REDLANDS
Audit - Mrs. Gilbreath moved to accept the Basic Financial Statements with
Independent Auditor's report for the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Redlands for year ended June 30, 2003. Motion seconded by Mr. George and
carried unanimously. (Also see City Council minutes for April 16, 2004.)

None forthcoming.
CLOSED SESSION
The Board of Directors' meeting of the Redevelopment Agency recessed at
3:47 P.M. to a closed session to discuss the following:
a. Conference with real property negotiator-
Government Code Section 54956.8
Property: 31 West Stuart Avenue
Negotiating parties: John Davidson and Johnny Moore
Under negotiation: Terms and price
No report was expected following the closed session. The next regular
meeting will be held on April 6, 2004.
