PRESENT Gilberto Gil, Vice Chairman Pat Gilbreath, Member Gary George, Member Jon Harrison, Member ABSENT Susan Peppler, Chairman STAFF John Davidson, Executive Director; Daniel J. McHugh, Agency Attorney; Jeffrey L. Shaw, Community Development Director; James R. Bueermann, Police Chief; and Lorrie Poyzer, Agency Secretary. The minutes of the regular meeting of April 6, 2004, were approved as submitted on motion of Mrs. Gilbreath, seconded by Mr. George. JOINT MEETING - REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND CITY COUNCIL Resolution No. 375 - First Time Home Buy - Mr. Gilbreath moved to adopt Resolution No. 375, a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands authorizing the use of low- and moderate-income housing funds outside the Redlands Project Area, and a First Time Home Buyer's loan agreements with Antonia Luna, 1024 Calhoun Street, and Pedro and Maria A. Lopez, 515 University Place, and authorized execution of the necessary documents. Motion seconded by Mr. George and carried by AYE votes of all present. Mrs. Gilbreath moved to approve the Declarations of Covenants and Restrictions of Resale dated April 20, 2004, covering said property. Motion seconded by Mr. George and carried by AYE votes of all present. (Also see Resolution No. 6270 in the City Council minutes for April 20, 2004.) Auditing Services - Mrs. Gilbreath moved to approve the second amendment to an agreement for auditing services with Conrad and Associates, L.L.P. and authorized execution of the agreement. Motion seconded by Mr. George and carried by AYE votes of all present. (Also see City Council minutes for April 20, 2004.) NEW BUSINESS First Time Home Buyer Program - Mrs. Gilbreath moved to approved the restructuring of the First Time Home Buyer program as recommended by the Housing Commission at their meeting held on March 11, 2004. Motion seconded by Mr. George and carried by AYE votes of all present. PUBLIC COMMENTS None forthcoming.
