Chairman Peppler called the meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Redevelopment Agency to order.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
None forthcoming.
CLOSED SESSION
The Board of Directors meeting recessed to a closed session to discuss the
following:
1. Conference with real property negotiator- Government Code § 54956.8
a. Property: APNs 169-281-47, 48, 49 and 50
Negotiating parties: John Davidson and Howard Floyd
Under negotiation: Terms and price
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned. The next regular meeting will be held on
June 1, 2004.
