Street, at 4:44 P.M. on January 18, 2005.

CONSENT CALENDAR
Minutes - The minutes of the regular meeting of January 4, 2005, were
unanimously approved as submitted on motion of Mrs. Gilbreath, seconded by
Mr. George.
JOINT MEETING - REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND CITY COUNCIL
Resolution No. 389 - Great Neighborhood Program - Mrs. Gilbreath moved to
adopt Resolution No. 389, a resolution of the Board of Directors of the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands authorizing the use of low-
and moderate-income housing funds outside the Redlands Project Area, and
approved a participation agreements with: Evelyn Martinez, 629 Mulvihill
Avenue, Bertha Pena, 1331 Campus Avenue, Leticia Miller, 104 San Juan
Avenue, and Kenneth Wiza, 427 Jurupa Avenue. Motion seconded by Mr.
George and carried unanimously. Mrs. Gilbreath moved to approve the
Declarations of Covenants and Restrictions dated January 18, 2005, covering
said properties. Motion seconded by Mr. George and carried unanimously.

CLOSED SESSION
The Board of Directors meeting recessed at 4:52 P.M. to a closed session to
discuss the following:

There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned following the closed session. The next
regular meeting will be held on February 1, 2005.
