CONSENT CALENDAR
Minutes - On motion of Mrs. Gilbreath, seconded by Mr. Gil, the minutes of the
regular meeting of November 21, 2006, were approved as submitted.
Agreement - Tierra West Advisors, LLC - Mrs. Gilbreath moved to approve the
professional services agreement with Tierra West Advisors, LLC for real estate
economics, economic development and affordable housing development
services and authorized the Chairperson to execute, and the Secretary to attest
to, the document on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency. Motion seconded
by Mr. Gil and carried unanimously.
Agreement - California Computer Schools, Inc. - Mrs. Gilbreath moved to
approve the proposal/agreement with California Computer Schools, Inc. for
special website development and maintenance services and authorized the
Chairperson to execute, and the Secretary to attest to, the document on behalf
of the Redevelopment Agency. Motion seconded by Mr. Gil and carried
unanimously.
Amendment - Overland Pacific & Cutler Inc. - Mrs. Gilbreath moved to
approve the second amendment to an agreement to furnish consulting services
with Overland, Pacific & Cutler, Inc. for supplemental project management and
implementation services and authorized the Chairperson to execute, and the
Secretary to attest to, the document on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency.
Motion seconded by Mr. Gil and carried unanimously.
