CONSENT CALENDAR
Minutes - On motion of Mrs. Gilbreath, seconded by Mr. Gil, the minutes of the
regular meeting of October 16, 2007, were approved as submitted.
License Agreement - 31 Stuart Avenue - On motion of Mrs. Gilbreath,
seconded by Mr. Gil, the Agency Board unanimously approved a real property
license agreement with William and Crystal Wyatt for 31 Stuart Avenue and
authorized the Chairperson to execute, and the Secretary to attest to, the
document on behalf of the Agency.
Resolution No. 413 - Investment of Agency Monies - On motion of
Mrs. Gilbreath, seconded by Mr. Gil, the Agency Board unanimously approved
Resolution No. 413, a resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Redlands authorizing investment of Agency monies in the Local Agency
Investment Fund by Tina T. Kundig, Finance Director, Thomas M. Steele,
Assistance Finance Director; Judy Jacobson, Interim Revenue Manager; or
N. Enrique Martinez, Executive Director or such officer's successor in office.
Vista Del Sol Senior Housing Project - On motion of Mrs. Gilbreath, seconded
by Mr. Gil, the Agency Board unanimously approved the first amendment to the
affordable housing development incentive and restrictive covenant agreement
and subordination agreement with Housing Partners 1, Inc. for the Vista Del Sol
Senior Housing Project a 71-unit senior housing complex on approximately
3.63 acres located on the east side of Webster Street, north of Lugonia
Avenue. (Also see City Council minutes for November 6, 2007, for a density
bonus housing agreement with Housing Authority Partners I, Inc.).
