53232.3. there were noreports forthcoming from Boardmembore.

The Board of Directors' meeting of the Redevelopment Agency recessed at 7:07 P.M.

ADJOURNMENT
No reported was expected following the closed session and the Board of Directors'
meeting of the Redevelopment Agency adjourned following said closed session. The
