MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Agency of
the City of Redlands held in the Council Chambers, Civic Center, 35 Cajon
Street, at 4:25 P.M. on August 5, 2008.
PRESENT Jon Harrison, Chairperson
Pat Gilbreath, Vice Chairperson
Mick Gallagher, Boardmember
Pete Aguilar, Boardmember
Jerry Bean, Boardmember
ABSENT None

Daniel Hobbs, Redevelopment Agency Director; Michael Reynolds, Agency
Treasurer; and Lorrie Poyzer, Agency Secretary
CONSENT CALENDAR
Minutes - On motion of Mrs. Gilbreath, seconded by Mr. Gallagher, the minutes
of the regular meeting of July 15, 2008, were approved as submitted.
COMMUNICATIONS
Meeting Attendance - In compliance with Government Code Sections 53232.2
and 53232.3, there were no reports forthcoming from Boardmembers.
NEW BUSINESS
Eminent Domain Proceedings - Chairperson Harrison declared the meeting
open as a public hearing. Redevelopment Agency Director Hobbs
recommended the Agency Board continue to a date unspecified consideration
of the adoption of resolutions determining that the public interest and necessity
require the acquisition of certain property located at 509-511 North Eureka
Street (APN 0169-151-22 - Conley property) and 402 West Stuart Avenue
(APN 0169-151-29 - Perez property) for public purposes to provide for the
redevelopment of the properties and authorizing eminent domain proceedings.
Mrs. Gilbreath moved to approve this recommendation with the understanding
property owners would be re-noticed 15 days prior to the hearing. Motion
seconded by Mr. Gallagher and carried unanimously.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 4:26 P.M.
The regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency Board of Directors
scheduled for August 19, 2008, will not be held. The next Redevelopment
Agency Board of Directors' meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 3,
2008.
