MINUTES of a special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Agency of
the City of Redlands held in the Council Chambers, Civic Center, 35 Cajon
Street, on October 28, 2008 at 7:30 A.M.
PRESENT Jon Harrison, Chairperson
Pat Gilbreath, Vice Chairman
Mick Gallagher, Boardmember
Pete Aguilar, Boardmember
Jerry Bean, Boardmember
ABSENT None
STAFF N. Enrique Martinez, Executive Director; Daniel J. McHugh, Agency Attorney;
Tina Kundig Finance Director/Agency Treasurer; Daniel Hobbs,
Redevelopment Agency Director; and Lorrie Poyzer, Agency Secretary
Chairperson Harrison called the special meeting of the Board of Directors of
the Redevelopment Agency to order and provided an opportunity for the public
to address them on the subjects which were scheduled on the agenda. There
were no comments forthcoming.
RECESS
The Board of Directors' meeting of the Redevelopment Agency recessed at
7:31 A.M. to a closed session to discuss the following as soon as City Council
business would permit:
1. Conference with real property negotiator- Government Code §54956.8
Property: APN 0169-151-29
Negotiating parties: N. Enrique Martinez, Dan Hobbs and
Jose Guadalupe Perez
Under negotiation: Terms of payment and price for Agency's possible
purchase of property
2. Conference with real property negotiator- Government Code § 54956.8
Property: APN 0169-151-22
Negotiating parties: N. Enrique Martinez, Dan Hobbs and
Marion L. Conley
Under negotiation: Terms of payment and price for Agency's possible
purchase of property
Due to a potential conflict of interest, Mr. Bean retired from the Council
Chambers and did not participate in these matters; a Public Disclosure of
Potential Conflict of Interest form is on file in the City Clerk's Office.

8:41 A.M.

There was no reportable action taken during the closed session.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 8:42 A.M. The next regular meeting will
be held on November 4, 2008.
