CONSENT CALENDAR
Minutes - On motion Of Mrs. Gilbreath, G8C0nd8d by Mr. Gallagher, the
minutes of the regular meeting of November 4. 2008. were approved as
SUbnniU8d.
Downtown Storefront Improvement Program - On motion of Mrs. Gilbreath,
seconded by Mr. Gallagher, the Board Of Directors UnGninnVUs|y approved
expanding the downtown storefront anti-graffiti film, awning improvement,
signage improvement and repainting programs t0avail these programs tVall
businesses located within the Redlands Redevelopment Project Area.
COMMUNICATIONS
Meeting Attendance - In compliance with Government Code Sections 53232.2
and 53232.3. there were nVreports forthcoming from Bqardm8nnb8rG.
PUBLIC COMMENTS

RECESS
The Board Of [)ir8CfOrG' meeting of the Redevelopment Agency recessed at
4:50 P.M. to a o|oagd session to discuss the following:

Due to a potential conflict of interest, Mr. Bean did not participate in this
matter; a Public Disclosure of Potential Conflict of Interest form is on file
in the City Clerk's Office.
The Board of Directors' meeting of the Redevelopment Agency reconvened at
7:00 P.M.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
Agency Attorney McHugh reported no reportable action taken during the closed
session and that Mr. Bean recused himself from the closed session due to a
potential conflict of interest.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 7:01 P.M. The next regular meeting will
be held on December 2, 2008.
