CONSENT CALENDAR
Minutes - On motion of Mrs. Gilbreath, seconded by Mr, Gallagher, the
minutes of the regular meetings of August 4, 2009, and August 18, 2009, were
approved as submitted,

Mr. Gallagher, the Board of Directors unanimously approved a Participation
Agreement for the Acquisition of Fagade Easement with Richard P, Blandford;
authorized the Chairman to execute, and the Secretary to attest to, the
document on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency; authorized staff to issue
escrow instructions" and authorized staff to take non-substantive actions
necessary for the administration of the fagade easement agreement for
property located at 510 East State Street.
Resolution No. A37 - lie Irlfor rqement -_Mouqtain VieW Acres., nc, - On
motion of Mrs, Gilbreath, seconded by Mr. Gallagher, the Board of Directors
unanimously adopted Resolution No. 437, a resolution of the Board of the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands approving an amendment to
that certain Regulatory Agreement and Declaration of Restrictive Covenants
dated as of July 20, 1999, with Mountain View Acres, Inc. in connection with
the construction of a senior housing development to be located at 301 West
Mountainview Circle,
