MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Agency of
the City of Redlands held in the Council Chambers, Civic Center, 35 Cajon
Street, on November 3, 2009, at 4:40 P.M.

CONSENT CALENDAR
Minutes On motion of Mrs. Gilbreath, seconded by Mr. Gallagher, the
minutes of the regular meeting of October 20, 2009, were approved as
submitted,
Amendment - Habitat for Humanity - On motion of Mrs. Gilbreath, seconded by
Mr. Gallagher, the Board of Directors unanimously approved an amended and
restated Owner Participation Agreement with Habitat for Humanity which
provided for an assumable loan for $112,000.00 for one housing unit for a low
income family and authorized the Executive Director to execute, and the
Secretary to attest to, the document on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency.
Resolution No. 438 - Mountain View Acres, Inc. - On motion of Mrs. Gilbreath,
seconded by Mr. Gallagher, the Board of Directors unanimously adopted
Resolution No. 438, a resolution of the Board of Directors of the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands approving an amendment to
that certain regulatory agreement and declaration of restrictive covenants with
Mountain View Acres, Inc. and Citrus Place Village, LLC dated as of July 20,
1999, and authorized the Chairperson to execute, and the Secretary to attest
to, the document on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 4:42 P.M. The next regular meeting will
be held on November 17, 2009.
