the City of Redlands held in the Council Chambers, Civic Center, 35 Cajon

CONSENT CALENDAR
Minutes - On motion of Mr. Bean, seconded by Mr. Gallagher, the minutes of
the regular meeting of December 1, 2009, were approved as submitted,
PUBLIC HEARING
Resolution No. 440 Redlands art Areq - Public hearing was advertised
by the Redevelopment Agency staff for this time and place to consider
Resolution No. 440, a resolution of the Governing Board of the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands receiving and filing the
midterm review of the five-year implementation plan for the Redlands Project
Area. Chairperson Gilbreath declared the meeting open as a public hearing.
Redevelopment and Economic Development Director Hobbs presented the
goals and objectives, anticipated projects and programs, and estimated
expenditures for 2005 through 2009 for the Five-Year Implementation Pan for
the Redlands Redevelopment Project Area, Chairperson Gilbreath called for a
public comments. Stephen Rogers reviewed the comments he previously
provided to staff noting he did not think the consultant had done an adequate
job and did not feel the Agency should pay said consultant. There being no
further comments, the public hearing was declared closed, Mr. Bean moved to
adopt Resolution No. Cl.44Motion seconded by Mr. Gallagher and carried
unanimously,

None forthcoming.
ADJOURNMENT,
There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 4,34 P,M, The next regular meeting
scheduled to be held on January 5, 2010, will not be held The Board of
Directors will meet at their next regularly scheduled meeting on January 19,
2010,
