MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Agency of
the City of Redlands held in the Council Chambers, Civic Center, 35 Cajon
Street, on September 21, 2010 at 5.36 P.M.

CONSENT CALENDAR
Minutes - On motion of Mr. Bean, seconded by Mr. Gallagher, the minutes of
the regular meeting of September 7, 2010 were approved as submitted.
Resolution No. 443 - Conflict of Interest Code - On motion of Mr. Bean,
seconded by Mr. Gallagher, the Board of Directors unanimously approved
Resolution No. 443 amending the Agency's Conflict of Interest Code pursuant
to the Political Reform Act of 1974 and rescinding Resolution No. 428.
Resolution No. 444 - Deed Reconveyance - On motion of Mr. Bean, seconded
by Mr. Gallagher, the Board of Directors unanimously approved Resolution No.
444 authorizing a full deed reconveyance to Housing Partners 1, Inc. and
cancellation of a promissory note associated with Vista del Sol Senior
Apartments.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
Anti Corruption - Steve Rogers read a letter from the Anti Corruption Team of
San Bernardino County to the San Bernardino Public Employees Association
(SBPEA) highlighting concerns over the many positions held by one public
official and suggesting the appropriate remedy to any overlapping and
conflicting responsibilities associated with, these positions would be for that
official to abandon his capacity as Chairman of the North Redlands Visioning
Committee and step down from the SBPEA Board of Directors.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 5.43 P.M. The Board of Directors will
meet next at their regularly scheduled meeting on October 5, 2010.
