CONSENT CALENDAR
Minutes On motion of Mr. Bean, seconded by Mr. Gallagher, the minutes of
the regular meeting of October 19, 2010 were approved as submitted.
Loan Subordination - On motion of Mr. Bean, seconded by Mr. Gallagher, the
subordination of an Agency loan to the owners of property at 319 Normandie
Court in favor of a Deed of Trust by Bank of America was approved

None forthcoming.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 4:13 P.M. The Board of Directors will
meet next at their regularly scheduled meeting on November 16, 2010.
